Precautions in Installing LED Module
1. Please do not install the LED display board in the place where there is electromagnetic wave and noise. Or else, the LED module may fail to work.
2. Impact and vibration to LED module may cause disconnection and dot off.
3. Please avoid installing the LED module in humid areas and water-leakage areas where LED module is easy to be broken.
4. Make sure that the surface of LED module is not scratched.
5. Stacking LED modules without anti-impact materials and wearing out the surface or the edge of LED modules may lead to fatal problem.
6. In order to remove the noise from high frequency, we recommend that users use twisted cable or shielded wire.
7. While installing LED display, users should keep in mind that LED module should not be exposed to dust, dirt, gas or other noxious gas.
8. While preparing steel structure and installing LED display board, users should take into consideration the weight of LED module.
